Bu politika, Lokum mobil oyununun kişisel verilerinizi nasıl ele aldığını açıklar. Oyunu indirerek ve kullanarak bu politikayı kabul etmiş olursunuz.
Lokum'u oynamak için hesap açmanız veya kayıt olmanız gerekmez. Adınız, e-postanız, telefon numaranız gibi kimlik bilgilerinizi istemiyoruz ve toplamıyoruz.
Oyun ilerlemenizi kaydetmek için aşağıdaki bilgiler yalnızca cihazınızın kendi belleğinde tutulur:

İlerlemenizin kaybolmaması için bu kayıt, cihazınızın kalıcı uygulama deposunda tutulur. Cihazınızda yedekleme açıksa (Android'de Google yedekleme, iPhone ve iPad'de iCloud yedeklemesi), işletim sistemi bu kaydı sizin kendi hesabınıza ait yedeğe dahil edebilir; böylece uygulamayı yeniden kurduğunuzda veya yeni bir cihaza geçtiğinizde ilerlemeniz geri gelir. Bu yedek size aittir, biz erişemeyiz. Yedeklemeyi cihaz ayarlarından kapatabilirsiniz.
Android'de Lokum, Google Play Games hizmetini kullanır. Play Games hesabınızla oturum açıksa (genellikle otomatik olur):

Lokum, ücretsiz kalabilmek için reklam gösterebilir. Reklamlar Google AdMob tarafından sunulur. Reklam sağlayıcı, reklamları gösterebilmek ve ölçümleyebilmek için bazı verileri kendi politikası kapsamında işleyebilir:

Kişiselleştirilmiş reklamları kapatabilirsiniz: Android cihazınızda Ayarlar → Google → Reklamlar bölümünden reklam kimliğinizi sıfırlayabilir veya kişiselleştirmeyi devre dışı bırakabilirsiniz. iPhone ve iPad'de uygulama ilk açılışta size izleme izni sorar (App Tracking Transparency); izin vermezseniz reklam kimliğiniz okunmaz ve reklamlar kişiselleştirilmeden gösterilir. Bu tercihi daha sonra Ayarlar → Gizlilik ve Güvenlik → İzleme bölümünden değiştirebilirsiniz. Avrupa Birliği ve benzeri bölgelerde, uygulama ilk açılışta size bir onay ekranı gösterir ve tercihinizi orada belirlersiniz.
Oyunu geliştirebilmek için Google Firebase Analytics kullanıyoruz. Amacımız hangi bölümlerin fazla zor olduğunu, oyuncuların nerede zorlandığını ve hangi özelliklerin kullanıldığını anlamak. Toplanan bilgiler şunlardır:
Bu veriler takma adlıdır: adınız, e-postanız veya telefon numaranızla ilişkilendirilmez ve sizi kişi olarak tanımamıza imkân vermez. Sizi uygulamalar arasında izlemiyoruz, profil çıkarmıyoruz ve veri satmıyoruz. Analitik altyapısı Google tarafından işletilir: Google Gizlilik Politikası ve Firebase gizlilik bilgilendirmesi.
Lokum; kameranıza, mikrofonunuza, kişilerinize, fotoğraflarınıza, konum servislerinize veya dosyalarınıza erişim istemez. Reklamların yüklenebilmesi için internet bağlantısı kullanılır. Ayrıca şu izinleri isteyebilir, ikisi de isteğe bağlıdır:
İzin vermemeniz oyunu oynamanızı hiçbir şekilde kısıtlamaz.
Lokum genel kitleye yönelik bir bulmaca oyunudur. Bilerek 13 yaş altındaki çocuklardan kişisel veri toplamayız. Çocuğunuza ait bir verinin işlendiğini düşünüyorsanız bizimle iletişime geçin, gereken işlemi yapalım.
Bulunduğunuz ülkenin mevzuatına göre (Türkiye'de KVKK, Avrupa Birliği'nde GDPR) verilerinize erişme, düzeltme, silme ve işlemeye itiraz etme haklarınız vardır. Oyun ilerlemeniz cihazınızda tutulduğu için, uygulamayı silmeniz cihazdaki tüm oyun verilerinizi kaldırır. Yedekleme açıksa yedekteki kopyayı Google hesabınızın ya da iCloud'un yedekleme ayarlarından silebilirsiniz. Reklam ve analitik verileriyle ilgili talepler için Google'ın gizlilik araçlarını kullanabilir veya bize yazabilirsiniz.
Bu politika zaman zaman güncellenebilir. Güncelleme olduğunda bu sayfadaki "Son güncelleme" tarihi değişir. Önemli değişikliklerde uygulama içinde bilgilendirme yapılabilir.

This policy explains how the mobile game Lokum handles your personal data. By downloading and using the game, you agree to this policy.
No account or sign-up is required to play Lokum. We do not ask for or collect identifying information such as your name, e-mail address or phone number.
To save your progress, the following is stored only in your device's local storage:
This data is not sent to us and is not stored on our servers.
So that your progress is not lost, this save is kept in your device's persistent app storage. If backup is enabled on your device (Google Backup on Android, iCloud Backup on iPhone and iPad), the operating system may include this save in the backup belonging to your own account, so your progress returns when you reinstall the app or move to a new device. That backup belongs to you; we cannot access it. You can turn backup off in your device settings.
On Android, Lokum uses Google Play Games. If you are signed in with your Play Games account (this usually happens automatically):
This data is processed by Google and linked to your Google account; we do not store it on our own servers. Using Play Games is optional: if you do not sign in, the game works normally, only without achievements, leaderboards and cloud save. You can manage or delete your Play Games profile, its visibility and your saved game data in the Google Play Games app or in your Google account settings. (Google Privacy Policy)
Lokum may show advertisements so it can remain free. Ads are served by Google AdMob. To deliver and measure ads, the ad provider may process certain data under its own policies:
We have no access to this data; it is collected directly by the ad provider. See Google's Privacy Policy and AdMob's disclosure.
You can opt out of personalised ads: on Android, go to Settings → Google → Ads to reset your advertising ID or turn off ad personalisation. On iPhone and iPad, the app asks for tracking permission on first launch (App Tracking Transparency); if you decline, your advertising identifier is not read and ads are shown without personalisation. You can change this later in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. In the European Union and similar regions, the app shows a consent screen on first launch where you can set your preference.
We use Google Firebase Analytics to improve the game. Our goal is to understand which levels are too difficult, where players get stuck, and which features are used. The following information is collected:
This data is pseudonymous: it is not linked to your name, e-mail address or phone number and does not allow us to identify you personally. We do not track you across apps, build profiles about you, or sell data. The analytics infrastructure is operated by Google — see Google's Privacy Policy and Firebase's privacy disclosure.
Lokum does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, photos, location services or files. An internet connection is used so that ads can load. The app may also ask for the following permissions, both optional:
Declining these permissions does not limit your ability to play the game in any way.
Lokum is a puzzle game intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child's data has been processed, please contact us and we will take appropriate action.
Depending on your country (GDPR in the EU, KVKK in Türkiye), you have the right to access, correct, delete and object to the processing of your data. Because game progress is stored on your device, uninstalling the app removes all game data from the device. If backup is enabled, you can delete the backed-up copy from your Google account's or iCloud's backup settings. For ad- and analytics-related requests you can use Google's privacy tools or contact us.
This policy may be updated from time to time. When it changes, the "Last updated" date on this page will change. For significant changes we may also notify you inside the app.
